Who is eligible:   Businesses located in the Kiel River Walk District which is in downtown Kiel, Wisconsin.  The district's boundaries generally follow Fremont Street, East to Hwy 67 & 32, South on Hwy 67 & 32 to Water Street, East on Water Street to 1st Street, and North on 1st Street to Fremont Street.
